Our History
The Welcome Pages was an idea that was created by First Class Mortgage Company owner Greg Page. As a mortgage company, Greg and his loan officers are often in direct contact with real estate agents and their clients – many of whom are moving into new homes, in new areas, and even new states. Greg recognized that these folks need services in their new neighborhood and are looking for guidance and recommendations. From there, The Welcome Pages was created, with the goal to be the go-to-resource for community members and travelers to connect with the best local businesses.
